Lovely apartment located in the hilly area of Positano, 10 minutes from the center. Located in a stately park with shared pool and parking space included, it offers a wonderful sea view of Positano. Ideal for those who want to spend their holidays in Positano and need a quiet solution, with services, without having to get far from the center. The cozy and functional furniture allows you to enjoy both outdoor and indoor spaces.

The apartment is very bright and has a main room with a sofa bed, a sofa, TV, library and a table to enjoy meals.
Tastefully furnished, it offers two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a single bed. Guests have at their disposal two bathrooms, the main one also equipped with washing machine.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare meals.
From the balcony you can enjoy an incredible view of Positano (town and beaches) and Monte Pertuso.
At the guests' disposal, the swimming pool belonging to the residence.
Included air conditioning, wifi, towels, sheets and parking space.

Furthermore, an important strength is the church of Santa Maria Assunta with a magnificent dome made with majolica where inside there is the famous Byzantine icon of the black Madonna.
The apartment is located on the main street of the city and nearby there is a grocery store and the stop of the internal public bus "Flavio Gioia" which allows you to reach the center of Positano in 5 minutes. -
