Villa Il Panorama Positano - Villa

Villa il Panorama rises along the cliffs of Positano with an extraordinary presence: a private residence with majestic spaces capable of offering ample internal areas, numerous bedrooms and excellence in comfort, while remaining surprisingly functional for a property of these dimensions.
Its terraced layout along the slope shelters the villa from noise and indiscreet gazes, creating a private refuge suspended over the sea. Here, the experience is multisensory: the scent of salty air, the changing light on the water and the unmistakable profile of Positano unfolding before one's eyes.

Villa il Panorama was conceived for those who wish to immerse themselves in the beauty of Positano without giving up the freedom of spacious areas, privacy, or absolute well-being. It is one of the rare properties of these dimensions capable of combining a life suspended over the panorama with a profound sense of isolation, while maintaining practical accessibility from the main road.

Inside, the residence develops through six bedrooms and seven bathrooms, revolving around a majestic living room with a fully equipped kitchen. The comfort is total and technologically advanced, guaranteed by air conditioning in every room, an internal lift connecting the levels and a rare private parking for three cars.

The soul of the villa is dedicated to relaxation, with an internal wellness area equipped with a heated pool and Turkish bath, as well as external terraces and gardens where two hydromassage tubs are located. Every corner, from the gardens to the lounges, is an open window to an extraordinary view that embraces the entire town of Positano and the infinity of the sea.

The entrance of the villa opens onto an air-conditioned hall with great visual impact, where wide panoramic windows frame Positano and its gulf from every angle. The interior atmosphere is bright and refined, played out in soft tones and arched openings that create an almost magical continuity between elegant furnishings and the blue of the sea.

At this level, the first two suites are encountered: the first, embellished with a romantic four-poster bed and private bathroom, boasts an exclusive terrace with a hydromassage tub directly overlooking the village; the second, equally reserved, is reached along the corridor. Completing the floor, a massage room dedicated to relaxation and the internal lift, a detail of rare convenience in the heart of the coast.

Going down to the ground floor — via the stairs or lift — one reaches the convivial soul of the dwelling: a vast living area and dining zone that integrates a modern kitchen, a traditional Neapolitan wood-fired oven for pizza and a fireplace, all with a view always turned towards the sea. The large French windows open onto the panoramic terrace, making this space perfect for slow breakfasts or unforgettable evenings under the stars. Here you will find three other bedrooms, all air-conditioned and with a private bathroom, two of which have direct access to the outside.

At the lower level, the villa reveals its most precious secret: a true private spa with an indoor and heated pool, Turkish bath, and lounge area. It is a wellness refuge completed by a sixth bedroom with an external patio, a rarity that makes the property a place of pure enchantment in every season of the year.

From a sensory point of view, the sea is a constant presence: it filters through the large windows, accompanies every moment outdoors and defines the atmosphere of the entire stay. Despite its secluded soul, the villa remains perfectly connected to the symbolic places of Positano: through the adjacent pedestrian path, it is possible to reach the Spiaggia Grande, the Church of Santa Maria Assunta and Piazza dei Mulini in about 20 minutes.

An additional added value is represented by the private parking for three cars, an extremely rare advantage in Positano, where access and parking are often the main challenges of the stay. This dwelling thus offers an unattainable balance: all the liveliness and beauty of the village within reach, with the privilege of retreating every day to a private realm where space, silence, and horizon remain the true luxury.
