The Pizza Class is divided into two parts lasting 3 hours in total. We start with the theory and we will talk about the history of the Tramonti pizza from its origins to the present day, the techniques of mixing and the use of quality raw materials. Then proceed with the second part, the practical and fun part, where "getting your hands dirty" each participant will make the pizza dough and proceed to seasoning and cooking.
Following the gastronomic moment, which includes 3 courses: an entre 'with local products prepared by the Chef Pamela Viggiano, tasty cheeses and artisan salamis. Then the tasting of the pizzas of the Master Pizzaiolo Francesco Maiorano. To conclude a dessert. The courses will be paired with handmade TraMonti spelled beer and chestnuts.
