Description
A charming and welcoming panoramic apartment is located in the center of Positano in the suggestive setting of Fornillo.
Casa Peppenella has been recently renovated with typical Vietri materials and is furnished with taste and fine furniture.
Quiet, it is ideal for enjoying the setting sun on the spacious terrace or a romantic candlelit dinner.
Or take to the streets and find yourself among the numerous restaurants offering both traditional and gourmet cuisine.
The two beaches (Fornillo and Spiaggia Grande) can be easily reached in 10 minutes by stairs and in 15 minutes by the main street, a place of shopping in the typical boutiques of Positano.
Casa Peppenella can be reached from the main road with just 20 steps and has a comfortable garage underneath. The internal bus stop is in front.
SPACE:
As soon as we enter the corridor, we find on the right a first bedroom (with a French bed) furnished in shades of green and blue, a wall-mounted wardrobe and chest of drawers. Small en-suite bathroom consisting of large shower, sink and toilet with hand shower.
On the right side of the corridor we find the second bathroom also complete with washing machine, toilet, bidet, sink and large shower. Continuing, we reach the living room, furnished with a double sofa bed, ergonomic armchair and coffee table. Antique table/sideboard, sideboard with flat screen TV. The small kitchenette is located in the living room. Despite its size we find a combined electric microwave oven, induction plate with 4 burners, steel sink, kitchen cabinets with plates, glasses and pots, moka for coffee.
From the living room it is possible to access the outside, on the private terrace, where you can enjoy a spectacular view.
In fact, the terrace is equipped with a table with six chairs, a built-in sofa with cushions, an external sink with ornamental plants.
The second bedroom, larger in size, also overlooks the terrace and enjoys a beautiful panoramic view. It consists of a wall wardrobe, hangers, chest of drawers and double bed with frescoed headboard.
The entire accommodation is furnished with antiques and vintage pieces, pop art paintings combined with local ceramics. The result is a colourful, lively apartment, conceived as the atelier of an eclectic artist.
It is possible to host families, but also two couples of friends.

The neighborhood is the beating heart of Positano, a few steps away we find the Saraceno d'Oro restaurant, the Ambulatory with a playground, a short distance away the "Il Capitano" restaurant, "Da Vincenzo" and the famous Positano café. As soon as we reach the street, we find a pastry shop and also the only newsstand in Positano.

Romantic Antica Sponda is a central located apartment a few steps from the "Sponda" bus stop and the central Piazza dei Mulini.
This spacious house is the ideal solution for family holidays in Positano or for a couple who want to have a large space with a view available.
The apartment has a large outdoor terrace with a sea view over the city of Positano and the entire coast up to the sea stacks of Capri!
The house can be reached from the main road by taking about 100 steps with a steep slope but once you arrive the view offers unique emotions.
Access is from the external terrace which is equipped with a wonderful lava stone table with wrought iron chairs and deckchairs to enjoy the sea view.
Upon entering we have a large room with a vaulted ceiling furnished with a double sofa bed, table with four chairs, antique sideboard and low TV cabinet. From the living room we then enter the kitchen, complete with everything for cooking.
It consists of a sink with double basin, induction hob, fridge with freezer, microwave and oven. On site you will also find a coffee machine with pods and an American coffee machine. In the living room there is also a service bathroom complete with shower, washing machine, sink, toilet and bidet. A door divides the living room from the sleeping area, which also has access from the terrace.
The room is furnished in a nautical style, with a king-size wrought iron bed, chest of drawers, large wardrobe and mirror. The room has a private connected bathroom with a large walk-in shower, bidet, toilet and sink.
The entire structure has wi-fi connection and the terrace is only for our guests.
TO NOTE:
The neighbors share access and passage on the terrace to access their apartment on the upper floor.
