Casa Punta Paradiso è un rifugio esclusivo e romantico, situato nel cuore di Praiano, tra le due zone panoramiche più affascinanti di questo angolo incantato della Costiera Amalfitana. A pochi passi dalla pittoresca piazzetta della Chiesa di Costantinopoli, la casa gode di una posizione privilegiata, lontana dal trambusto ma a pochi minuti dalle meraviglie del paese. Immersa nella quiete e circondata dalla natura, offre una vista straordinaria che abbraccia l'azzurro infinito del Mar Mediterraneo e la bellezza selvaggia di Capo di Conca. Il panorama che si svela dalla casa è un’emozione unica, che cambia colori e luci a ogni ora del giorno, rendendo ogni momento speciale e indimenticabile.
Il grande giardino attrezzato è un angolo di paradiso, perfetto per godersi le fresche serate estive, con un barbecue in muratura per romantiche grigliate al tramonto e amache dove abbandonarsi al relax, coccolati dalla brezza del mare. Ogni dettaglio della casa è pensato per offrire comfort e intimità, creando l’ambiente ideale per una fuga romantica o una vacanza in totale serenità.
L'abitazione si sviluppa su un unico livello e comprende:

• Patio d'ingresso con solarium e doccia esterna;
• Soggiorno arredato con divano letto e SMART TV;
• Cucina indipendente, completamente attrezzata (lavastoviglie inclusa), con tavolo per 4 persone;

• Camera con due letti singoli (dimensioni dei letti 90x190) - o letto matrimoniale su richiesta
• Bagno completo con doccia
• Zona Lavanderia esterna con toilet
Casa Punta Paradiso si trova sulla parte orientale di Praiano, nella zona più alta del paese, vicina alla famosa e panoramica "Chiesa di Costantinopoli". Per raggiungere Casa Punta Paradiso, è necessario percorrere a piedi un sentiero di circa 100 metri, alternato da alcuni gradini. Questo accesso pedonale regala un'esperienza di immersione totale nella natura, ma è importante sapere che la casa non è raggiungibile con la macchina fino alla porta di ingresso. Un piccolo sforzo che sarà ampiamente ripagato dalla vista e dal silenzio che troverete una volta arrivati. Il parcheggio è disponibile a pagamento lungo la strada, a circa 150 metri dalla casa, per maggiore comodità.
A piedi è possibile raggiungere:
• Ristoranti e bar intimi, dove gustare piatti tipici a pochi minuti dalla casa (10 minuti a piedi)
• Un negozio di alimentari, per acquistare prodotti freschi locali (10 minuti a piedi)

Perfect distance from Positano and all other Amalfi Coast towns. Would definitely stay again!

We recently finished a 5 day stay at this magical place. The apartment was wonderful for a family of four, plenty of room to relax. The rooms are large and well furnished and linens high quality. The outdoor patios were amazing. It has not one but several patio areas, two of which overlook an amazing view towards Amalfi, and include olive and lime trees. The front of the apartment, near the church, features a breathtaking view of Positano. There is a local bus stop behind the house as well as down one flight of stairs, for easy transport around Praiano, and to the regional bus system that travels the coast. Be prepared for lots of stairs on the Amalfi coast but the view is worth it. Praiano was such a great town to come back to at the end of the day - great local restaurants and people. The house guide (which can be downloaded) was excellent with recommendations for local restaurants, activities, links to bus, etc. Host was very responsive. I hope to come back soon! Ciao!

We were traveling from Sorrento and Norman booked us a private car from there to the apartment AND even got us a scooter to rent within 30 minutes of us being there!!! Plus when we were leaving we were headed to Salerno to catch a train and he even got us another car last minute. I’ve never had such an attentive host. I couldn’t work the stove early in the morning and Norman came right away to help me turn it on... of course it was really easy to... I needed coffee first. I wouldn’t do the Amalfi Coast any other way. I am SO BEYOND PLEASED with Norman and the place we are already looking to book this place again and I’m telling ALL of my friends and family to stay hereany other place this company has. It is worth every penny.

Casa Elena è un appartamento accuratamente restaurato e arredato con mobili di pregio, parte di un'antica villa del XVII secolo con archi e colonne. Le ampie terrazze sul mare sono il punto forte della villa: una di queste gode di una vasca idromassaggio riscaldata, con vista sul mare. La posizione è strategica: la fermata dell'autobus è proprio di fronte e i migliori ristoranti sono a pochi metri di distanza. La proprietà è organizzata su due livelli: PRIMO PIANO include: • Ampia terrazza, vista mare, con tavolo e sedie per sei, sedie a sdraio, barbecue, doccia esterna e vasca idromassaggio riscaldata ( aperta tutto l'anno) N.B. la piscina ha bisogno di circa 24 ore per riscaldarsi. • Patio panoramico, accessibile da ogni camera da letto e zona living con tavolo e panche per mangiare all'aperto • Ampio soggiorno e zona pranzo, con divano letto doppio (160x190) • Cucina con lavastoviglie - non abitabile • Due ampie camere da letto matrimoniali (misura letto160x190), con accesso al patio anteriore e vista mare • Due bagni con doccia ZONA SOPPALCATA, con due letti singoli (non unibili). La Casa di Nonno Mario è un affascinante e tranquillo rifugio, perfetto per coloro che cercano una fuga romantica o una vacanza con gli amici, immersi nella bellezza naturale di Praiano. Situata sul lato ovest del villaggio, la casa offre una vista mozzafiato su Positano e l'Isola di Capri, con una terrazza panoramica dove è possibile godere di splendidi tramonti sul mare. Recentemente ristrutturata, la casa vanta interni freschi e luminosi, arredati con gusto, e dispone di un ampio giardino con un'area barbecue per pranzare all'aperto. Per raggiungere la casa, sarà necessario salire circa 60 gradini, parte del caratteristico percorso pedonale che passa accanto alla suggestiva Chiesa di San Gennaro. Per coloro che hanno problemi di mobilità o che trasportano bagagli ingombranti, questo potrebbe rappresentare una sfida, quindi si consiglia di pianificare il vostro arrivo tenendo conto di questo aspetto. La casa si sviluppa su tre livelli: Primo Livello: • Zona living con divano letto e cucina in muratura (molto fresca, quindi non è previsto l'aria condizionata) • Area giardino anteriore con tavolo per 6 persone, barbecue e vista sul mare Secondo Livello - Soppalco: • Camera matrimoniale con balcone panoramico • Bagno con doccia • Lavanderia Terzo Livello: • Terrazza panoramica con vista su Capri e Positano, accessibile da entrambe le camere • Cucina completamente attrezzata (senza lavastoviglie) • 2 camere matrimoniali (letto 160x190) con vista sul mare e accesso alla terrazza • Bagno con doccia La Casa di Nonno Mario si trova sul lato ovest di Praiano, a poca distanza a piedi dai principali servizi del villaggio.
