I stayed at their vacation rental in August of this year. The home is a million dollar home with a million dollar view. The steps up are a workout, and I needed to stop for a break along the way, but I made it up even as a 350lb guy. The host makes it easier by having a porter help bring your bags upon arrival (but not when you leave - so dont pack too much). The home is amazing - and have nothing negative to say about it at all. And the area in general is amazing, with amazing views and relaxing aura.
The only negative I have is about the logistics of the area in general. Parking is scarce, and when you find a spot, you will have to trek from your spot up and down mountain roads until you get to your stair-climb up to the home. Do not rely on uberpublic transport, as when you order one it just says it may take a while, with no given time. There is a local bus though, but I wasnt there long enough to figure it out. And there is no uber eatsanyone to deliver stuff to your door. I would highly recommend this place, just plan accordingly, and you can relax in style... |

This house is amazing. If you can physically do the 200+ steps multiple times a day, then you should absolutely stay in this house. The power never failed (like many of the places we have been in Europe), the AC works great, the house is spotless aplus

The power never failed (like many of the places we have been in Europe), the AC works great, the house is spotless and has everything you could need including beach towels. In all of our travels, Francesco is the best host we have encountered. He was always available, so helpful and thoughtful. The only downside is that the internet does not work well, and the house does not have good cell coverage. If you are planning to work, I would reach out to SMAAC ahead of time about other internet options. We would definitely stay in this house again.

For those with weak legs be mindful of the task of accessing the house as it's certainly a trek up. My husband and I considered ourselves to be in great shape and walking up those steps kicked our ass each time, yet we thought it was brilliant. One should also keep in mind that the accessing the town below is also a little bit of a hike, but worth it. It was a great little town with good food and people. Loved it there!

The challenge of course is the steps up to the property, if you are reasonably fit and injury free these shouldn’t be a problem. We always found the management company helpful and it was easy to communicate with them via WhatsApp, they always replied promptly. We often called upon them to organise taxis. Would overall recommend this property for a memorable trip.

Yes there are many steps to the house but this is the Amalfi coast so what we expected and it kept us all fit and burnt off all those calories consumed. We all had a wonderful stay.

The kitchen was well-stocked, albeit missing a better coffee-brewing option than a small French press. It’s a hike from the main road & amalfi coast bus line, but that’s what one should expect staying on amalfi coast. The stairs were well-maintained so simply a matter of physical condition — the bag porter service at check-in was complementary AND clutch. We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend to others

La Villa Panorama est une ancienne villa soigneusement restaurée. Il possède un grand jardin aménagé et un grand solarium. Il est équipé de tout le confort: sauna, air conditionné dans chaque chambre, service de nettoyage quotidien inclus (changement des draps en milieu de semaine) et petit-déjeuner quotidien (sur demande, non inclus dans le prix). La Villa Venusta est une charmante villa de luxe pour 8 personnes, toute en chaux blanche, bois de fer forgé et pierre, restaurée sur des murs anciens d'une fascinante architecture arabe, rien n'est laissé au hasard. Les 4 chambres sont toutes finement meublées avec des meubles d'époque et se déroulent en une succession de voûtes en berceau, de voûtes croisées, de colonnes et de chapiteaux anciens. De la piscine privée enchanteresse située dans la roche de la mer, vous pouvez profiter des magnifiques couchers de soleil de Praiano.
La Villa dispose d'une cave à vin privée avec plus de 100 étiquettes des meilleurs vins italiens et français avec possibilité d'achat et de dégustation.
Entourée de citrons, d'oliviers et de la mer Méditerranée, la Villa Venusta vous offre l'une des vues les plus étonnantes: Capri, l'île de li Galli et bien sûr le coucher de soleil le plus étonnant que vous puissiez imaginer, face à Positano où tout le ciel se colore d'orange et de rose .
