Das La Casa di Nonno Mario ist eine schöne Wohnung, die kürzlich mit Blick auf Positano und die Insel Capri renoviert wurde. Es verfügt über eine große und geräumige Terrasse mit Blick auf das Meer, die mit Gartenmöbeln, einem Tisch im Freien, Liegestühlen und einem Grill ausgestattet ist. Die Lage ist günstig und sehr ruhig: nur wenige Schritte von der Panoramakirche San Gennaro entfernt.
Das Haus befindet sich auf einer Etage und ist wie folgt organisiert:
• Eingangsterrasse mit Außentisch für vier Personen
• Terrasse mit Meerblick, Außentisch und Grill, vom Wohn- und Schlafzimmer aus zugänglich
• Wohnzimmer mit Doppelschlafsofa und Tisch für vier Personen mit Zugang zur vorderen Terrasse
• Voll ausgestattete Küche (ohne Geschirrspüler)
• Doppelzimmer (Bettgröße 160x190) mit Meerblick und Zugang zur Terrasse
• Badezimmer mit Dusche
Das Haus von Nonno Mario befindet sich im westlichen Teil von Praiano. Es ist leicht über etwa 60 bequeme Stufen zu erreichen, die sich mit einem Fußgängerweg abwechseln, der die berühmte Panoramakirche San Gennaro überquert. Von der Unterkunft aus erreichen Sie bequem alle wichtigen Dienstleistungen von Praiano wie Busse, Geldautomaten, Bars und Restaurants sowie ein Lebensmittelgeschäft. Private Parkplätze stehen auf Anfrage gegen Gebühr zur Verfügung und befinden sich ca. 800 m von der Unterkunft entfernt.

This apartment made for a perfect base to explore the Amalfi Coast. On (in my opinion) the better side of Praiano this place has an incredible view over Positano and the sea and we had some amazing sunsets. The apartment was clean and spacious with emehr anzeigen

The shower was a bit tight (appx 4’ square), the kitchen was small, and the coffee machine did not work. The 67 stairs leading to the unit were littered with trash and dog feces. Those same stairs are not lit at night so a flashlight is needed in ordmehr anzeigen

I recommend staying at this place. It was in a very good location overlooking the beautiful view of the ocean and Positano. Very close to restaurants, markets, and the bus station. You do have to go down 70 steps but it is not that difficult. It was mehr anzeigen
I recommend staying at this place. It was in a very good location overlooking the beautiful view of the ocean and Positano. Very close to restaurants, markets, and the bus station. You do have to go down 70 steps but it is not that difficult. It was a great place to stay. Praiano is a great location when visiting Positano and Amalfi since it is between both. Deborah greeted us and was very helpful, making the check in and check out process very easy.

This was a perfect place for us while we were in Praiano. Debora is a great host and lives nearby if you need anything. If you haven't read much about the Amalfi Coast yet, know that there are a lot of steps - so pack accordingly! This apartment has mehr anzeigen
This was a perfect place for us while we were in Praiano. Debora is a great host and lives nearby if you need anything. If you haven't read much about the Amalfi Coast yet, know that there are a lot of steps - so pack accordingly! This apartment has a perfect kitchenette with a large refrigerator, coffee maker (American and Italian), microwave and plenty of utensils, etc. We picked this particular place because it had a washing machine, it worked great. The shower is like typical Italian showers, small - but this one has great pressure and the hot water lasted through two showers! Always a plus! The patio really is the place to be here, there is a beautiful ocean view! The location of this apartment is great, close to the small 'downtown' of Praiano, where you can find a great little grocery store, tobacco shop, limoncello shop and lots of restaurants. They also own La Brace Restaurant, we had two great meals there - a must visit!
