The Villa is organized on two floors:
GROUND FLOOR :
• Large living area with sliding glass doors that open onto the front terrace and an elegant table in the dining room, which will host all guests at the same time;
• Large equipped kitchen, elegant and hi-tech, characterized by a central island and a large window overlooking the sea
• A private gym with treadmill, stationary bike, rowing machine and more
• 2 comfortable King Size bedrooms, with sea view and access to the outdoor garden, featuring private bathroom with shower
