La Maison del Pescatore is a typically Mediterranean house, with majolica floors, charming furnishings and windows overlooking the sea. It has three large bedrooms, ideal for accommodating a family or a group of friends, and a large terrace overlooking the sea, equipped with an outdoor kitchen and outdoor shower. It is in a panoramic and quiet position, away from the hustle and bustle of the town, but not far from the main services and restaurants. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. To reach the house it is necessary to climb about 130 steps. It is recommended to reach us without a car.
The villa is organized on 2 levels:
MAIN FLOOR - Living area
• Large panoramic terrace overlooking the sea, with outdoor shower and deck chairs, outdoor kitchen and ceramic table for 6 people;
• Mediterranean living room with exposed rock, sea view, furnished with built-in sofa and armchair for two - direct access to the terrace;
• Built-in kitchen, open to the living room, fully equipped;
• Dining room with table for 8 people
• 1 Toilet - without shower
LOWER FLOOR - Sleeping area
• 1 double bedroom (bed size 160x190) with ensuite bathroom with shower
• 2 bedrooms with two single beds (bed size 90x190) - one of which without window
• 1 bathroom with shower
La Maison del Pescatore is located on the east side of Praiano, in a very quiet and peaceful area. It is possible to reach the Villa through about 130 steps. Private parking is available on request for a fee and is located about 500 meters from the property. We recommend to reach us without a car.

• Several restaurants
• La Praia Beach - about 5 min on foot
