Villa Imperati es una impresionante residencia con vistas al mar, recientemente renovada y amueblada con gusto en un estilo moderno y luminoso. Elegante y espaciosa, se encuentra en la zona oeste de Praiano, ofreciendo impresionantes puestas de sol con vistas a Positano y Capri. La propiedad cuenta con una magnífica piscina privada (abierto del 15 de abril al 19 de octubre) al aire libre con vistas panorámicas al mar, así como un amplio jardín equipado con ducha exterior, tumbonas y zona de barbacoa.
Idealmente ubicada en el corazón de Praiano, se accede a la villa mediante una combinación de escaleras y un sendero peatonal típico. No se puede acceder a la casa en coche, pero esta característica hace que la experiencia sea aún más especial, permitiendo a los huéspedes sumergirse por completo en la tranquilidad del pueblo y sus impresionantes vistas.
Atención: La ubicación no es adecuada para personas con discapacidades para caminar o problemas de salud. Todos los servicios son accesibles únicamente mediante escaleras descendentes, debido a la configuración típica de Praiano, donde muchos servicios se encuentran a un nivel inferior de la casa.
La villa se distribuye en 2 plantas:

• 2 baños con ducha.
PLANTA PRIMERA
• 1 dormitorio doble (cama de 160x190) con terraza privada con vistas al mar y tumbonas.
• 1 baño con jacuzzi y vistas al mar.
Villa Imperati se encuentra en la zona oeste de Praiano, en una zona muy tranquila. Se puede llegar a la Villa subiendo unos 100 cómodos escalones, alternando con un sendero típico.
Aparcamiento: La casa no dispone de aparcamiento privado, pero hay un aparcamiento de pago a unos 650 metros, que debe reservarse con antelación. Si bien esto puede ser un pequeño inconveniente, la distancia se puede recorrer fácilmente a pie, y el aparcamiento privado ofrece la seguridad de tener una plaza reservada durante toda la estancia. Como alternativa, hay aparcamiento público de pago a unos 200 metros.
NOTA: Durante la temporada alta, puede ser especialmente difícil encontrar aparcamiento. Por lo tanto, recomendamos reservar su plaza al hacer la reserva para garantizar la disponibilidad.
Transporte público: Las conexiones de transporte público, incluidos los autobuses locales, pueden variar según la hora del día y la temporada. We booked this listing for 5 nights and left after one. Upon arrival, it took two hours to get the AC to turn on even when following the instructions and then it never cooled and the pool was stagnant with a film layer and bugs. We then found mold anver más
We booked this listing for 5 nights and left after one. Upon arrival, it took two hours to get the AC to turn on even when following the instructions and then it never cooled and the pool was stagnant with a film layer and bugs. We then found mold and bugs throughout the home. To access one of the bedrooms, you have to go through another bedroom and only one has an AC vent. The upstairs bedroom only has a tub that wouldn’t fill above 1/3 and one of the two showers was so small half of our group couldn’t use it. To make matters worse, the mattresses were so hard you couldn’t sleep. The main door locks from the inside with a key and will not open unless turned perfectly, so we would not have been able to escape in an emergency. Based on the pictures, we were led to believe this was a luxury listing and were extremely disappointed in the reality. There were too many issues that couldn’t not be fixed overnight (bad mattresses, mold, water pressure, etc) so we left and got a hotel.

Casa Albatros es una villa de dos plantas, ubicada en el corazón de Praiano, con dos espléndidas y amplias terrazas con vistas al mar Mediterráneo. Es el lugar perfecto para un grupo de amigos o una familia numerosa que busque un lugar tranquilo y céntrico. La corta distancia de las principales atracciones y de la parada de autobús es uno de los puntos fuertes de Casa Albatros.
La villa está organizada en dos plantas independientes:

Casa Albatros se encuentra a unos 50 pasos de la carretera principal, en el lado este de Praiano, a solo 15/20 minutos a pie de la playa La Praia, donde se encuentran los mejores restaurantes de pescado de la zona. Se ofrece un servicio de transporte gratuito al hacer el registro de entrada. El aparcamiento más cercano está a unos 200 metros y está disponible por un suplemento.

Luxury Villa Malika es una prestigiosa villa, recientemente renovada, rodeada de terrazas y jardines: un oasis de paz con una maravillosa vista al mar. La bañera de hidromasaje (climatizada) con impresionantes vistas de Capri y Positano anima a sus huéspedes durante todo el año, ofreciendo momentos de relajación, especialmente al atardecer. Hay wi-fi gratuito disponible en toda la villa. El servicio de conserjería y servicio de mayordomo (solo en verano) está disponible durante toda la estancia.

Luxury Villa Malika se encuentra en el lado oeste de Praiano, en una calle peatonal, no lejos del centro de la ciudad. La forma más cercana de llegar a la villa es a través de un camino de unos 70 escalones, alternando con un camino típico. A su llegada, se ofrece un servicio de maletero y un montacargas está disponible para personas con dificultades de movilidad. Desde la casa es posible llegar al centro de Praiano, bajando unos 150 escalones, o utilizar el servicio de transporte público: la parada está a unos 200 metros. El estacionamiento privado está disponible a pedido, por una tarifa, y se encuentra a unos 400 metros de la propiedad, o es posible estacionar en la calle (no podemos garantizar la disponibilidad del espacio en la calle).
A pocos minutos a pie se encuentran:

• Parada de autobús local para moverse por cualquier punto del pueblo (unos 200 metros)
• Parada de autobús SITA para moverse por la costa de Amalfi (unos 200 pasos)
